PRO BALLER FITNESS WEEKLY SPRING GROUP TRAINING

An immersive weekly workout regimen for any High School athlete looking to improve their strength, speed, and athletic abilities. Workouts and training sessions will focus on the full spectrum of upper body, lower body, and speed agility that will give you a competitive edge over your opponents. Group training gives you the extra encouragement boost you need to train at a high level.

Group training is open to:
  • Boys and Girls

  • All High Schools welcome
